A major new project from one of Scotland’s most inventive musicians, Phil Bancroft’s Home, Small as the World collides the power of music, visual imagery and communications technology with the inner worlds and memories of you, the audience, to launch a moving collective enquiry, celebrating what ‘home’ means to us today.
An interactive website is combined with live performance, featuring composed and improvised music performed by leading musicians from the Scottish jazz and folk scenes, along with audience participation, stills, film, a sofa, words submitted by audience members, and a surprise contribution from someone you may well recognise!
To take part in the project and contribute ideas which may feature in tonight’s show, please visit www.smallastheworld.com
